Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Free Return Shipping (Unopened Items & Remorse Returns)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (unopened and unused) products within 30 days after delivery. To initiate a return:

• Contact Us First: Email support@clowand.com with your order number (`#ORD-...`).
• Prepaid Return Label ($0 Cost to You): We will email you a prepaid US return shipping label within 1 business day. Return shipping is 100% free ($0.00 USD), and there is no restocking fee ($0.00 USD).
• Condition: Physical returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Biosecurity & Hygiene Safety (Used Items — No Return Shipment Needed)

Due to the sanitary nature of bathroom toilet cleaning products, used Clowand wands and opened refill packs should never be mailed back to our warehouse. This protects postal workers and our fulfillment team. If you tried your Clowand kit and are unsatisfied within 30 days of delivery, simply email support@clowand.com with your order number for a Hassle-Free Satisfaction Refund—no physical return required.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong bundle, email support@clowand.com (with a photo if possible). We will immediately send a free replacement via USPS / UPS or issue a full 100% refund at zero cost to you.

4. Exchanges

Need a different bundle or refill count? Contact support@clowand.com within 30 days of delivery and our support team will arrange a free exchange.

5. Refund Processing Timeline (5 Business Days)

Once your return request or satisfaction claim is approved (or once your unopened return scan is received), we initiate your full refund immediately. Refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex) within 5 business days in USD.
